Information we collect

We collect information you submit through our forms (name, phone, email, address, property condition details) and basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referrer.

How we use information

• To match your request with one or more vetted contractors in our network who can respond to your property.
• To coordinate scheduling between you and the matched contractor.
• To follow up on your request, the contractor match, and customer feedback.
• To send service updates and, with your consent, marketing communications.
• To improve the website and our coordination service.
• To comply with legal obligations.

SMS/text consent

If you opt in through our lead form, we may send transactional text messages related to your inspection request, scheduling, dispatch updates, and service follow-up. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.

SMS opt-in data and consent will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. We do not currently send marketing/promotional SMS. If we ever do, it will require a separate, distinct opt-in.

Sharing

Rapid Restore is a restoration concierge and lead-coordination service. When you submit a request through our forms, you understand and agree that we will share the information you provide (such as name, phone, email, property address, and the damage details) with one or more vetted independent restoration contractors in our network so they can contact you and respond to your request. The matched contractor performs the work directly and operates under its own terms.

We also share information with service providers acting on our behalf (such as scheduling, CRM, hosting, and analytics) under contractual confidentiality obligations. We do not sell personal information. Note: SMS opt-in consent is treated separately and is never sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes (see the SMS/text consent section above).

Your choices
